In my opinion, what will determine if he takes the UL Job will be if JB sees UL as his final Coaching Job. If he does not, then there is no reason for him to leave Purdue. I have seen posts that seem to indicate he covets the Notre Dame Job. And since he spent time in the NFL he may have aspirations to move up to a NFL Job. At Purdue he has the momentum rolling. He can see what is in front of him. He has no idea how big a mess the UL situation might be. Taking the UL job would be a substantial risk if he has aspirations like those I listed above.
