I haven't seen very many negative articles about sUcK written by Bozich. I have seen quite a few negative articles about UL written by Bozich. The problem is his articles about UL are not very well researched.

The media can try to blow this up all they want, but I think all the helium has gone out of the balloon. The fun part for everyone was the titillating stories. Now that those are all out and there's nothing new, the punishment is just a footnote.

In the end, it's a dirty sport, and it was just our turn. And thank goodness it didn't turn out to be something much worse (Penn State).

The sports media, including Bozich, reminded me of the reporters on the weather channel covering a big hurricane that ends up not so big. You could sense the disappointment in their coverage today because UL did not get slammed. Short memories on their part. We sacrificed a hell of season last year because our leadership had the balls to make the right decision when it meant something. Good decisions get little credit in today's screwed up world of social media.

Some people I respect as much as anybody in this business believe the complete opposite of what I believe. I don’t think more of anyone than I do Rick Bozich. I know what you read under his name is his honest opinion, nothing less. I respect it. I get it. I understand it. Dan Wetzel? There’s nobody better. He does great work.

As a PSU grad but UofL fan since high school, I can tell you how awesome Tom Jurich is at UofL. The AD makes a program along with an elite coach. You need both when the shit hits the fan!

Yeah I don't understand it either. I just don't. It may be that since Bozich is a writer it may be no more complicated than he just wants to draw attention to himself. It's like he gains so much satisfaction by pointing out the negative. He is the fly in the ointment.

They all play to BBN save Crawford IMO who calls it like he sees it. Louisville sports media may be the strangest entity in any US city in America. If I recall right I can remember posters saying that UK offers studies in sports media communications or something to do with a degree in sports media. So what we have is a perfect storm against UofL sports. First, we have a city that has way more UK fans than it should have. Then we have a state that has mostly UK fans. Our city paper is run by UK people. All you have to do is pick one up and the UK bias is evident. I think these writers want to stay on BBN good side so trying to hold back and damage Louisville athletics is their mission. I would love to see Tom cut them completely off and they can have their bed with BBN and lie in it too.
