That must be his "class" ring. They hand them out freshman year there since they already know he's passed all of his classes for his degree. ;)

If that photo is real, I am surprised he would be allowed to play with the ring on as it could cause injury.

The picture means zilch without more information. Was it taken before or after a held ball was called? If the photo was made before the call, can anyone read the ref's mind to determine if he intended to call a held ball before anyone was out of bounds?

And three ahead of us... does that make you feel good?
Couldn't care less. I'm not a little brother. And I don't measure myself by how many "titles" we win or how many victories over the mighty slappies we have.

"Elite program," my a$$...

I am serious. I played football and basketball through high school and football through college. We were never allowed wear rings. In football it is obvious when you are using your hands to strike the other guy there is a risk that a ring, particularly a ring with a raised surface could cut or abrade skin, or, a risk to the wearer that the finger with the ring would get caught on something. In basketball, particularly with the violence of college rebounding, there would appear to be a similar risk of injury to someone on the floor with a ring like that shown in the photo.

Although I am highly confident you are not serious. It is a national Championship ring...shown DURING the National Championship game. The ring is photoshopped. .

Ahhh man, I was really hoping we could have milked it for all it was worth. He was totally oblivious to the OP's brilliant photoshopping skills.

No but somehow you want to take credit if someone else is as successful. Everything you say or do cries "hypocritical" thinking.

I don't suppose you have any examples?
