anyone still question JH's hire of our Bball Coach? His players are balling for him and all the bench guys are cheering non stop for the on the floor guys. btw, Imagine if Rooths slam had happened at Yum, it's roof would have blown off.
Are there any doubters left that CPK can coach or recruit or adjust in game or to make you happy?

PK (in more ways than one way the opposite of KP) has done a great job putting together a competitive team that plays hard and is not selfish. Perhaps it was for the best that he could start from scratch with a new roster instead of having to deal with Kenny’s holdovers. I think barring further injuries this team can take a run at a top five ACC finish and maybe win a couple of games in the conference tournament.
A long way to go but Kelsey is exactly what Louisville needed. He can coach, admittedly this is an overly simplistic , just look out their execution out of time outs. It is ridiculously good. Not to mention how hard they play.
While there are folks that don’t like JH he nailed this hire. Even his 1st choice would have been good. He identified Kelsey. The one thing he is already doing is getting money moving toward the program again. The way he runs the program encourages big money to support because they can see the potential. When has Adidas ever really helped Louisville basketball? They help with Brown. I think he business savvy too which really comes into play in this new world.

I am always more optimistic than critical regarding hires and trusting people who get paid to do their jobs. JH had to hire KP or he wouldn't be in the seat that he currently holds. I had my reservations about KP but thought at the very least, he would get talent to mask any deficiencies he had as a coach. It turns out he was lazy and didn't want to do any work, which was evident by the plea to give him time with this broken program. I was in the camp of wanting Beard as KP's replacement, but I am excited over the moon with PK. I think he is exactly what we needed, and I think he will be here for the long term ala CDC. I think our future is bright, and I am all aboard this train wherever it leads. Go Cards!
agree w/you on everything except beard, we should not be in the market for damaged goods, no top 10 program should. but o/w, yes.
I was slightly concerned if he could recruit elite talent, especially HS guys, but signing Mikel Brown Jr. put that to rest.
