4/11 is relevant because that's the initial signing day for college basketball. Realistically, in order to recruit, because, you know, we have no commitments, a hire would have to be well before then, so whoever is named can hit the recruiting trail, and hit it hard.

Given that timeline, that most likely rules out any NBA coaches that are currently employed. It also allows for any NCAA coaches to complete their season.
