Sorry for the lack of activity. I have been in and out of the hospital with a kidney stone that wouldn’t pass on its own. The last five days haven’t been fun and I ended up having surgery to remove it.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to prevent said thing, as this is already my second kidney stone in 2023, I am all ears.
