I think the extra year given by COVID could be beneficial to him.
He wasn't ready when he got here and honestly needed to red-shirt. He can come into next year as a sophomore and finish up as a 5th year senior.

FWIW the "other" board says he has a potentially serious medical condition that could put his career at risk. To be clear it's nothing I've heard directly just read it somewhere else. Some posters hinted at a heart issue. Hate spreading rumors, but given the fact that he's played so sparingly on a team with no depth I am willing to entertain any rumor as having some truth to it.
