At this point in time I would down grade his commitment status to “soft verbal.”
Normally I would say don’t pay attention to social media but his outright purge of Louisville stuff from his account bios (S/O to our investigative social media sleuth Ty Spalding) was enough of a concern for me to make some phone calls. I spoke with some of my contacts down in Florida and they told me he is most likely going to honor his previously scheduled official visit for this weekend.
I have said before that he was a take for FSU even though some fans resorted to the reactionary “not a take” trope. Odell Haggins was always his main recruiter and position coach.
The official announcement that Haggins would be retained is a major factor here. I’m not saying he’s definitely going to flip back but it’s a very real possibility at this point. I’ll update the board with any new developments.
