The demise of the Big XII will certainly create ripples with the bowl system .... which is also on its last leg.
But while the bowl system slowly withers away, there will be a decade or two of new opportunities for the ACC to take advantage of.
Will the Sugar Bowl replace the Big XII with the ACC? I would think so .... The other alternative is the PAC12, and they haven't been as attractive as the ACC has on the gridiron.
Our Sugar Bowl against Florida was the best bowl experience I've had. It'd be nice to experience that again. Here's hoping the ACC can snag that spot.
