Don’t know how true this is, but he did have a big year and coordinators are always the ones that leave after a big year like we had.
Normally I wouldn’t worry and would go on about “a lateral move” but in this new SEC and Big Ten era it’s positions like this where we could take hits. Their TV money is now way over double ours and will soon triple ours. They can spend much higher on their staff positions.
Even if it’s not this job, Ron did well and will get some offers. But hopefully he loves it here and we’ll open up the checkbook to keep him
