Proud to be a Cards fan

It's like a breath of fresh air. If anything comes out of this brutal season, it may well be the resolve of these players to not quit.

Still doesn't change a lot of hard truths with this team, but they were finally rewarded for their improvement. It's just a shame this didn't occur in January.
 
I think the big question is how does he speed up the learning process next year. The obvious answer is keeping the right players that will hold the new guys accountable or bringing in older guys that leaders. There are 6-7 guys on the team that seem to get it now. They may lose 3 or 4. That makes it tough.

That is the biggest concern can he build a roster and get them coached and operating efficiently quickly? I don’t know because it isn’t easy constantly having to reteach your system and culture.
