After talking to several people throughout the day, I felt like this was worth passing along as I have some specifics to add to my earlier post:
Junior Bridgeman and Wade Houston are making a MAJOR push to bring Kenny Payne to Louisville. Those two have a huge influence, and I was told they may release a letter to the city and the university on their behalf to rally behind KP.
