I am in possession of the full 21 page memo of findings from Rhonda Bishop, Vice President for Risk, Audit, and Compliance for the university. The University Integrity and Compliance Office interviewed 22 people as a part of the overall investigation. Here are the findings:

- mistreated student athletes and employees and engaged in bullying behavior while interacting with them.
- disregarded health and well-being of the student athletes by having them practice in sub-freezing temperatures, pressuring them to play through injuries, awarding them for not being on the injury list, withholding food from them after matches, and not scheduling enough time between classes and tennis practices for them to eat.
- pressured the sports medicine ahtletic trainers when making decisions regarding injuries involving athletes.
- Didn't give the team the distributed gear.
- Took university gear and equipment for his own use.
- Made discriminatory comments based on race, gender, nationality, and ethnicity.
- Made the team practice with his sons.
- Reschedule practices without following the university time management plan and made student athletes practice on scheduled days off.
- Scheduled recruiting trips to coincide with his sons tournaments.

- asked clerks to remove things from his office and take them to his car
- asked clerks to string his sons' rackets without paying for the services.
