Win or learn, hasn’t that been Kenny’s mantra this season (as if it has to be one or the other). Well….we sure as hell haven’t won, so…let’s see what we’ve learned.
We’ve learned that Kenny did little to nothing to improve and balance our roster when he had the opportunity to do so in the off season.
We’ve learned that Kenny’s prowess as a recruiter was greatly oversold.
We’ve learned that Kenny’s reputation as a “big man whisperer “ was just a myth
We’ve learned that you don’t hand the reins of a top ten basketball program to an unproven first time head coach
We’ve learned that John Crapalari’s coaching tree is as bare as a pre-cut Christmas tree in March
We’ve learned that KP loves his players but won’t hesitate to place all the blame on them
We’ve learned that KP composed only one script for his post game shows and won’t deviate from it
We’ve learned that it’s never KP’s fault. It’s the fans, players and media’s fault
We’ve learned that poor effort and execution will NOT earn you a place on the bench
We’ve learned that coming in out of shape and giving poor effort doesn’t preclude you from being a captain
I can go on, but I think I, for one, have learned all I want to know.
