I think the % is a little deceiving. Tonight, we were smart. Drove the ball and shot less 3's. Our avg 3pt % is so low bc we shoot so many. Like EKU, I think we hit over 10, but less % than tonight. We only made 6 threes tonight to Uk's 5. 1 in the second half, 5 I believe in the first and were still down at halftime. The reason it was higher was because we only shot 14. And our overall fg was just 43%, our avg on the season happens to be 43%. I do not care what Uk says, we did not shoot outstanding out of our minds tonight. The defense just prevailed. Defense held them 25pts under their average. Outrebounded, shot less and made 4 less free throws.
I am just in disbelief how Uk fans say we shot 3pt outstanding when in reality, we just played smarter and shot less.
