Terry's intention was never to commit the foul, but to do exactly what he did, which was to get the turnover, knowing that he could be aggressive and not hurt the team. That is why it's not a big deal that a foul wasn't called. We still had one to give and that's why TR did what he did regardless. Still not a high percentage situation but they could have at least had a chance. That non-call did not affect the game and was a tiny bit of payback for not calling some maulings that the 7'6" freak was getting away with.
