That was definitely a rough patch for Clemson. Good thing they came out of it with a TD. I'm sure that punter is praying for a Clemson win at this point. Killing your team's chance for an ACC title and a spot in the National Title game is a lot of weight on one dude's shoulders.
Based upon this and all of your hand wringing / gloom-fest posts regarding the UofL-uk game on their board...
Maybe you shouldn't post during games...
They still tried to give it away and was within a ACC botched call from UNC getting the ball back..FYI...the 1st Half Performance we did last week in Lexington was pathetic...glad they got it together in the 2nd Half along with the Stoops implosion...the 38 to 3 explosion once LJ got into the game will long be remembered.

Yeah, the constant calls for Grantham to be fired because you've thrown in with (that crybaby) Grumpy and the rest of the jilted UGA fans who don't like him, was over the top IMO. I'm not saying the defense was stellar during the first half last week but, the only thing pathetic was the offense. Let's not forget the "3" in the 38-3 explosion was a result of our defense.
Fair enough....not a real big fan of the staff but and you know this I also defended Louisville and the staff more often then not...also, when you have to admit that first drive and that 2nd Quarter in Pittsburgh was extremely troubling.
It also helped our defense with the fact that who was coaching on the opposing sidelines...
I think that they missed Young a bunch last week and the resulting scheme changes (Rankins on the end, etc) took a little getting used to. No doubt that the ineptitude on uk's sidelines and at the QB position helped Louisville right the ship.
I was also frustrated with the Pitt game. I went back and watched it again. Their play calling was excellent, their OL got tremendous push (reminded me of the way auburn pushed the front 7 around) and the QB threw the ball to the right spots and was really accurate. We've seen that type of play from our side during Petrino's first stint and, this time around too - on occasion.
Sometimes you just have to tip your cap to the other side.
Well they are across the board the #1 Team in the nation..#1 in the CFP Rankings, AP & Coaches Poll...they got Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl
Real proud of our ACC brother Clemson. They didn't smack us down at PJCS either. Win the whole thing Clemson Tigers.
