not a good sign when Penn State has more talented & athletic players than we do.

I've been told we have Top Ten talent. I don't know where it is, but I've been told we have it. And I hope we remember where we put it...

I know both teams very well living in Pittsburgh and here's the rundown:
Carr best offensive player on both teams but plays little or no D. I take Adel in overall game
Ray dominates Moore
Sutton and Stephens similar players
Q easily over Gardner who's just a 3 point jump shooter
Reaves and King even match
Anas and Perry have NO equals on PSU bench
Perry, Williams, and Nworwa FR over 1 FR Wheeler for PSU that plays.
Cards win this matchup and most others in the tourney. Let's go and get behind the Cards! We got to get to the tourney! Beat NcState

This is revisionist history. At the beginning of the year, I don't remember anyone questioning our level of talent. Objectively, we have fringe top 25 talent. Of course, Rick Pitino can make that kind of talent look very good.

Then it MUST BE COACHING! No way in hell we beat Ohio State three times.

We have some good players but we also have some weaknesses. The highest rated player out of high school is very overrated it seems to me plus we have a slow and small back court. And we do not have any bulk or an interior enforcer. Where would Pitino have this team? I really think marginal top 25 most likely and 18-20 at best. I think the one guy who would have benefited the most from Pitino being here is Adel.

I know I bet we wouldn't win 20 games. I must have thought our coaching was really gonna suck.
