Anybody that watched Virginia without bias saw a really talent team that played together. They could go back to back next year. Texas Tech was very good as well.
The main thing with college basketball is the margin for error is razor thin. A couple shot here and there 3 of the four teams in the final would have been different. Texas Tech was only team that didn't need late game heroics to win at some point.
The NCAA tournament is the ultimate equalizer and experience does matter because games will come down to the wire.

Only see Hunter going pro, maybe Jerome will test the waters. Jerome and Guy are not the most talented or athletic but they play together as if they can read each other’s mind. They know exactly where the other one is on the court almost all the time. Virginia epitomizes what a really good college team looks like. Great defense and efficient offense.
Hunter broke our collective hearts last year, destroyed our halftime lead this year and then goes 0fer in the first half last night. I was fuming. Then he pulls off another second half!
That’s how Championships are won. You have to admit they faced adversity in almost every game facing unlikely odds to win but yet they found a way. Yeah there were some fortunate calls or no calls but when it counted, they hit the big shots. And it came from different players, Guy, Jerome and Hunter would not be denied.
