UNC wins .... and of course, over at UK rivals site - 9 different threads on refs. Clowns.

You know sUcK fans if they get in a debate with UNC about National Titles sUcK won't want to count this title. I thought it was a good game because it was close not a great offensive game but a really good defensive game.

The refs were atrocious, both ways, killed all rhythm. But that's not he story of the game. Zags couldn't hit shots, couldn't finish. They had so many opportunities. UNC capitalized when they needed to.

Did you enjoy that second half????? No one did, even the announcers. Refs were horrific all the way around.

UNC missed a crap ton of shots too.

And all this ref talk is silly. If they DIDN'T call fouls, and let the players play, people would be bitching about that.

Bottom line is this --- people won't remember that the refs were even there in a year. All they will remember is that UNC won the national championship. And they may remember Gonzaga as the runner up.

Yep - they hated it when alleged fouls weren't called on UofL when they "hacked their way to a title" but seem to hate it now when fouls are called.

They just hate outcomes they don' like, and use this topic for a coping mechanism.

I don't see this as a UofL vs UK thing. It's about the integrity of the sport. I went over to the UK site and enjoyed reading their ideas/angles. They don't have a few posters always pumping sunshine...they hold nothing back. Reminds me how this board used to be a long time ago.

It's about how they handle any outcome they don't like. It's a wash, rinse, repeat template.

We know they don't hold back on the internet - the FBI is looking into it.

Integrity of a sport that has little to none. Good one.

Losing fans are always going to complain about the outcome. But I like that they're putting the spotlight on officiating. Like someone posted a clip of Collins fourth foul last night. It was absolutely a terrible call. So someone should ask the ref about it IMO. Collins was limited to only 14 minutes of play. And that kept their big guy winded most of the game.

RHN ( Ref hater nation) is soooooo salty.

Cards 2013 Champs
UCONN beats them in 2014 title game
Duke 2015 Champs
Carolina 2017 Champs

Michigan fan stills claim, to this day, that if Burke's block of Siva's layup isnt called a foul, they win. You have 40 minutes to overcome officials mistakes.

Get over it.
