HOLY CRAP!!! Michigan St. just scored the game winning touchdown running back a botched Michigan punt attempt for a TD with no time left on the clock. MSU wins 27-23. What a cruel way to lose for Michigan.

I hate to lay it all on a kid but the Michigan Punter choked twice. Once on bobbling the snap a then wehen he tried to scoop up the ball instead of falling on it.
He looked like Garo Yepremian in the Super Bowl for you old guys.

That was unbelievable. The punter slung the ball to the MSU player in dang near full stride.
I was thinking as he was running that he should get out of bounds to give them time for a FG.

I thought of Garo Yepremian right away too. Feel so bad for UM.
I lay it on the coach. A punt gives the chance of a poor snap and the chance of a return. Just trying to run for a first down either ends the game or makes it so that Michigan st has to complete a Hail Mary against a team that had been getting pressure on the qb all game. I'm sure percentages would favor to just run the ball there.
Worse or better? LOL!! I'll never forget the nimrods running around on the field after the game thinking they had just won the national championship. Goal posts tore down in defeat and all. Hilarious epic moment that will live forever!
I feel bad for the Michigan punter because all he had to do was fall on the ball after the botched snap. People will never forget this one either but the LSU win over UofK on the last play of the game is still my all time favorite just because of the idiot fans reaction of not understanding what had just happened.
I can't recall witnessing an ending like that in my time watching college football, it was wild and crazy.
