Tragic news - Ira Combs passed away today outside the YUM! Center

This is just tragic news about a man that has been a long time friend of coach Pitino's.

My sincere condolences goes out to the Combs family and to the BBN. Ira Combs was a good man.

So sad that a man so devoted to the game and sports passes right before his beloved Wildcats began what could very well be a historic Tournament run. Deepest condolences to his family and all who knew him. Sounds like he was a truly great guy to know.
