pissed away. Mitchell disappeared and wilted big-time. Everybody wants to brag on Ray? Come nut-cutting time what did he do? At 73-70, a turnover on a stupid interior pass when he was five feet from the bucket. Then the very next possession a weak ass take to the rim, again can you spell SOFT? His rise to fame - highly exaggerated! I think I'll go puke now!

playing mango mathiang and adel together for extended minutes like tonight is an automatic loss.

Hicks played way too much also, Rick left Q out way too long! Q produced offensively down the stretch. It cost us, horrible loss, seed killer.

For the life of me can someone please explain why our bigs haven't developed lately? I mean after Gorgui developed like he did for the 2013 team, I would've expected Mathiang, Mahmoud and Johnson to have developed into great players just like him. Maybe Gorgui was just that good.

For the record, Spalding got the start against Syracuse because Pitino was unhappy with Johnson in the Carolina game. Not because Spalding was outplaying Johnson. Tonite was simply a reversion to the mean.

Johnson has made a nice jump in performance between his sophomore and junior seasons. Let's hope the same happens for Spalding...

Yum, Our bigs talent level is average at best. I've bitched about it all year. They have been given good coaching - they're just not that good.

We're averaging 13 points and 10 rebounds per game at the five position. If everyone else is doing their part, that's enough...

This just doesn't make any sense. You are not a Cards fan! Adel has 22 points, 5 boards and 3 assists with one TO. Mangok had a double double of 12 and 10 with 2 steals and a block. Never mind the fact that they had to play with Anas having 4 fouls in 7 minutes and King looking scared.

This game is on Mitchell for deciding not to play tonight. He took 9 shots in 30 minutes. He didn't have any fire at all. Yet, we were within three with three minutes to go and Wake makes two ridiculous 3 pointers. This was just that head scratching loss on the road we always have. It just so happened on the 2nd to last game of the regular season. A combination of Mitchell not being there, the inconsistence of the refs and Wake's 10 3 pt shots along with Coach Pitino's substitution pattern in the 1st half that cost this game. Deng and Mangok were not the problem.

its simple, the guy that is leading them was as soft as running water.

Mangump has been in the program 20 years and still makes freshman mistakes. is a liability on defense and has a predictable hook shot on offense.

Thanks Padgett
