It's time to band together and demand a change in Louisville athletics. Josh Heird is not equipped for this job. He can't close, he wilts under pressure, and worst of all he is absent of a plan.
NO MORE INTERIMS. We need a comprehensive search for a new Athletics leader and it must come from the outside. Enough is enough. I want to see fundraising plans, facilities upgrades, fan outreach, but most of all - just someone with a plan who can communicate that to the fanbase. Enough with the moving in silence.
