Anyone received their basketball tickets men or women's?

You should definitely have them by now, since, you know, there's a game tonight. I will say I know someone who did not receive their tickets, called the ticket office, and they told him they didn't know if he was renewing their parking pass, so they held the tickets. Why the ticket office didn't contact that person to let them know that is a head scratcher.
