More people will watch Nebraska and Northwestern get after it this Saturday at Noon than will watch them combined rest of the year.
Nebraska lost its identity and hasn’t been able to get it back. It is very similar to Kentucky in terms in recruiting. Not enough home grown talent. The move to the Big 10 killed them. They lost their Texas recruiting. They have become irrelevant despite an enormous following, that is hard to do. Everyone that matters wants them to be good and they still can’t do

or quite simply where they were previously was not as tough competition. you can easily say wvu upgraded who they were playing and so did nebraska. the big 12 has been weak for a long time, OU maybe but overall the conference is weak. so big10 much tougher opponents. see Louisville as an example, pre acc we had weaker opponents, acc is better than the big east and our record shows we've not adjusted to the competition either.
