Sonja, I really can’t wrap my head around her situation. She’s already graduated and Jeff has 2 scholarships available in the current class and she’s apparently not joining the team until next year? What’s she going to do, stay in Columbus and work on her game with a trainer, or enroll at UofL as a student only for this year? I can’t imagine she is taking a year off school. Why wouldn’t CJW bring her in now and simply redshirt her so she can gain experience, if it’s about spreading out the classes, this just seems like a waste for a talented player. Please try to make some sense of this for all of us.

Watson, I don't have the answer. she isn't saying why just yet. I don't think it's a case of going to a prep school, like Angel did, to get grades up and experience. I don't think it is a maturity issue. It's definitely not a physical issue. It remains a interesting decision. Maybe she'll explain it down the road. Maybe she's (I hope not!!!) waiting to see who else comes to call and what they have to offer. Maybe she's waiting to see how life goes for her.

Definitely a head scratcher. She’s constantly talking about UofL. Time for CJW to speak out on her situation.
