It's meant to track the criminal achievements of various college football programs during the offseason and declare a "winner". The point system is hilarious.

I see that 'Taco Meat' and Escobar Hatcher have made UK a serious early Title contender.

And just like it is too bad that the 3 point shot wasn't around during Milt Wagner's UofL career, it's a damn shame the Fulmer Cup wasn't around during the Mildcats' glory years.
