I am a UK fan and I have visited this board several times lately to engage in good natured banter with Zipp and many other Card fans. I want to thank the MODS for allowing these exchanges where in the past I would have been banned on my first post. I plan to retire to the UK board and I am sure I will see some of you over there later. I will visit once in a while but I do not plan to post on this board in the near future. It has been fun and even though I am a UK fan I wish the Cards good luck. I would love to see you guys win the ACC this year and hopefully meet UK in the final four. Thanks again for the exchanges. It has give me something to laugh about during an otherwise dull summer.

This is a load of BS. You have to be a total ass to get banned here. The Cayut faithful have always been permitted to post here without seeking permission, like some other places. I know that changed with the new boards, but their low tolerance for anything that even politely and respectfully questions anything Kaintucky has not.
Evidently you don't know what you are talking about. I was banned several months ago for doing nothing but responding to a post by Zipp questioning Cal's coaching ability. There was nothing disrespectful in mine or Zipp's post. I was just stating that Cal had beaten CRP 7 out of the last 8 times the two teams played which means he must be coaching better than CRP. It is fans like you that is the reason the two fan bases hate each other. You state someone has to be a complete a-- to be banned here. No wonder the two fan bases detest each other. I know some Card fans that are nice people but evidently you are not one of them.

BTW, Cal cannot coach his way out of a bathroom stall. Even you would have 2 national titles with that talent. I would have 3. Any other college coach except Guy Lewis would have 4. However, I am glad to see that Cayut fans' benchmarks are still beating Louisville and Pitino. Thanks, for the compliment.

Not true on both counts. I was banned on the old board for responding logically to something totally obnoxious. It was truly laughable. And there are a number of fans of other schools (Duke, Mich. st) who post on the UK board respectfully who get nothing but respect. If you're obnoxious about something there, you'll get destroyed, just like a UK fan would here and rightfully so. As I stated in another thread, I enjoy conversing with 'rival' fans but I'm always respectful about it.
Can't recall any of that, but sounds like you were given a temporary ban for temporary insanity. And let's not mention you and me in the same cordial discussion like I was sampling the blue kool aid or something.
I don't like banning on any site, and it shows what chickens the LPT counterparts are to the guys here. Your choice, but personally, I couldn't be part of a fanbase characterized by delusional chickens.
