Saw that he had talked to MSU coaches and was offered a scholarship. Also heard a story that tells me how talented this kid is, Webb who they said is beloved by the Georgia Rivals guys, saying they would like to see him play at UGA, that’s how impressed they are with him. But anyways he made a impression on Miami’s coach Dan Enos, I guess Enos spotted him when he was still on Sabans staff last year, as soon as he took the job at Miami he offered Tee Webb. SOMEHOW Satterfield got him up here and got a commitment from him. Even more impressive somehow he got one from Purdy too. From the film I watched I think Webb has the better arm and IMO might be the better QB. I think his size reflects his Rivals score. But I’m not a expert at any of this and maybe I’m just partial to the kid but I do know if the Rivals guys in Georgia who see this kid on a regular basis would like to see him at UGA that’s telling me a lot. I will still be suprised if staff holds onto both these QB commits. Offers will keep coming and I wouldn’t be suprised to see Webb get a bunch of SEC offers.

Bro, I have no worries as long as we get these kids to the Ville. Our city and athletic facilities are unmatched. Our campus isn’t bad by any means but that’s where we fall behind some other power schools, bro. Give these recruits a taste of bandidos and promise they aren’t going anywhere!

We’ve had recruits play this game before- grab a UofL offer so you have something in hand and hope for something”better”- i.e.- a blue blood program to come knocking. I hope we hold on to Webb and Purdy both. We'll see.

I understand we have nice facilities but for example look at MSU, they pack 75000 people every game. It’s a great college town with facilities just as good as ours. But mainly were talking Blue Blood football schools. To get to play in MSU vs UM game or play at OSU. Hard to compete but the main thing is if one of our QB’s go there they will be the only QB in the class. I think the thing we do have is a unique coaching staff and culture they bring. But I still think a bad start to the season could mean we lose a few recruits. On the other hand if you start 4-2 you could gain better recruits. Time will tell

Verbal commitments mean less than the paper they aren't written on.

I don't know if you guys have had any de-commits with Satterfield.
Kentucky has had three, I believe.
Miami and Florida have had close to thirty....each. Theirs seems to be the coaching change in Miami and everything at Florida from can't get a visa to academic/ legal problems to just getting recruited over.
BUT....
just P5 level football recruiting these days.

Facilities matter, absolutely. I think kids these days care more about playing time than anything else. Going into huge stadiums is fun and all, but if you’re on the bench, whoopity doo.

Well we do have chubba so maybe he is just keeping his options open. Its tough getting 2 high rated quarterbacks in the same class.

MSU is Michigan State or Mississippi State? Because if Mississippi, their all time top attendance is 62k. We’ll probably match that this year against Notre Dame.

Michigan State is a blue blood football program. We’re not talking about N.C. State, Kentucky or Wake Forest. With that said we have more commits than most schools in CFB and we haven’t had a single de-commit yet. Big schools will be coming after Tee Webb hopefully he sticks it out. One thing I can say is they don’t seem like the type of players that will just commit knowing they won’t play there. Seem like high character kids

They are not blue blood. They are, however, in a prestigious conference with lots of dough. tOSU and Michigan are blue bloods in that league. Nebraska and PSU are ex-blue bloods. Everybody else is, well, everybody else.

Michigan St has been striking out on QB recruits left and right and they need 1 this class. They've missed on the kid going to Purdue and then Purdy to us. Tee Webb has previously said the UofL staff was upfront about their intentions to take 2 QBs this class and has remained committed. I could see him being elevated to 4 stars if he continues landing these P5 offers and backs it up with a great senior season.

Idk about the whole Blueblood thing. There’s not a set group. It’s subject to everyone’s own interpretation. But I can say they have a historically good program that’s had a ton of success the last 70 yrs. Filling a stadium with 70k plus every yr. I’m sure they’ve had more than a few championships even tho they might’ve been 40 yrs ago. They are a level above UofL.

The SEC schools have great facilities in football and great fan support, not so much in their other sports. The advantage we have over them is that there are things to do in Louisville. I have been on many of the SEC campuses and once you leave the campus there is nothing to do in the towns in which they are located.

There wasn’t much to do in Stillwater, OK either. So I spent my time studying. Looking back, I guess I was just wasting my college years with something irrelevant.

Give Tee a visor and chill with Satt, it's all over but the paperwork.
