Agree. And we've got a lot of nice pieces that can be part of the puzzle picture on any given night. For example, VJ is one very nice piece who's continued development is going to make it hard to keep him off the floor.
Yes, I had to check my calendar. It's nice too, considering all the room for growth on this team. I think we are seeing it start.

As long as the Cards can shoot a good percentage like today and play great defense then anything is possible. Defense is a constant but our offense is not consistent enough.
Leaders will emerge from the game against Virginia and that game was probably needed to jumpstart some of them.I think we saw it today.
The scary part is that this team is not near their full potential. There are so many interchangeable parts that Pitino can tinker with. Crazy.
I think the light came on for Mitchell today. He's so key to how far we go and he's capable. He simply can't go into hiding like he did against VA.

Virginia Tech is an up and coming team too. They just beat up on Duke. Buzz has them believing.
That's a nice stat for the committee to look at in March. They have really emphasized OOC wins recently. Man, what a lost opportunity winning over Baylor was!
