Perv and AAU
So I know that @CardBlood does a ton of fist shaking about recruiting but I do believe that whether you are talking about Vaughn in football or Ellison in basketball the staffs MUST have relationships with them. For one they are former players unless they have done something to embarrass the university coaching staffs would IMO be foolish not to establish relationships because you never know when they may discover the next big thing. In the case with Vaughn he is very connected with local talent and it appears Perv has some dynamic players in his system. This seems like a pretty big misstep for these Head Coaches.
