Recruiting Rankings Questions...Cards vs Cats

I don't follow this stuff.

For like, the last year, many UK fan invaders have stopped in and stated their recruiting rankings were much higher than ours and that our rankings were not good. Was watching local news and I think they said UofL was ahead of UK on scout and rivals.

Is this true?

2 weeks ago UK was 2 spots ahead of UL..today they are 19 spots behind.
