Ralph Willard Leave of absence a coincidence?

Willard was the Director of Basketball Operations in 2010 and now he takes a leave of absence. Somehow I don't think this is a coincidence.

Well who can Rick bring in now that has a coaching pedigree who he can trust for this season. Rick was going too really need Willard with all this crap going on. This is not good i know it's "claimed " for medical reasons

I agree that this team takes a major hit without Willard on the sidelines. Willard was the next guy up. No idea who that is now.

Just look at how stressed some of our fans are. Can you imagine how the people involved with the program feel. Is it just me or can others see how this has taken a toll on Coach? Could it be that he just wants him to take a brake until all this is over?

Rick said himself that he was not sleeping over this so we all know this may not be good on a man in Ralph's condition.

The timing's NOT suspect. These allegations have caused a flareup of Willard's preexisting heart condition. He is not running away, he is staying and going to the doctor.
