Pundits give Cards zero chance against FSU

Now FSU may win and it wouldn't be a shocker considering the inconsistent play of Louisville, but the absolutness of it happening by so many pundits is ridiculous. They're treating the Seminoles like they're the powerhouse program they were several years ago, mostly because they beat LSU.

A unranked LSU team who like FSU has not been the powerhouse program lately. The Seminoles still have many of the same issues they've had in recent years. The OL lost another starter to injury against LSU. If they're so good why didn't they get ranked after the win over the Tigers?

I'm seeing a lot of overconfidence for FSU and a lot of disrespect for Louisville. I hope the FSU players are overconfident because the Cards are ready to bring them back to earth.

An early bye week for FSU may have not been the best timing for this game. It's apparent their local media expects them to roll the Cards and that could linger for that extra week.

A lot of people are ignoring several key points in this game like it's Louisville's first home game after starting out on the road the first two games. The Cards recent success against FSU should have the confidence meter higher for the team in red.

Me thinks the Syracuse game is what most everyone is going by and that was a total stinker for the Cards. However, college football teams change from week to week and it's just a matter of time before Louisville plays a great game. I think that happens tonight.

Louisville leads most if not all of the first half. FSU makes a 3rd quarter run and the game comes down to the last minute.

Food for thought: even if the Cards were 2-0 and beat Cuse...the pundits would still be all about FSU as they so soundly beat another over rated SEC team by one point in a so called neutral site in New Orleans. yada yada yada.

I hope FSU's players are believing the hype and come in and lay a big fat egg. Smash Jordan Travis in the mouth and get him rattled and see what happens. Malik is due for a huge game so this is the one for that to happen.

Cards need to play with that giant chip on the shoulder that disrespect begets. Prove to the lemmings in the media how wrong they are about this Card team. Best case scenario.

OT: I have never liked the "U" but I really would like to see them absolutely smash the Aggies. Hell if App State can go into that viper pit and beat them I see no reason that the Cane's can't too! Will be one ACC OOC game worth watching IMO.

Cuse vs Purdue will be interesting too; as well as NCSt vs TxTech. Would love to see an ACC sweep of all 3 of these OOC's game for prestige purposes. Even 2 of 3 would be good too!

Yep, pundits are correct! Cards have zero chance in this game and will be begging the refs to call the game over before halftime. Parking lot will be empty by the start of the second quarter. Cards are out gained by 675 yards to -7. Final score: FSU 77 UL 0.
