Not looking good with Pryor. People keep coming to him on the bench giving him encouragement. He may have gotten bad news about his knee?

It's just total bullshit how much negative shit keeps happening to this program. Three injuries already?

Unbelievable!

I think that may derail any NCAA tournament hopes. Pryor did so many things from the PF position that will be missed. Rooths will get more PT for sure.

Anything can happen of course, but after all the great things the past two days the BS has to show up and put a stop to it with a major injury and a controversial non call with 7 seconds to go.

Whatever UofL has done to endure so much negative shit hasn't it been enough already?

Best case scenario it's a hyper extended knee that would most likely keep him out for a month. Worst case is some type of ACL or other ligament damage. My only hope is that most of the time when it's ACL type damage it involves a "twist" of some kind. To me, it went straight back when he got hit but hard to tell for sure. We should know pretty quick, team doctors usually know right away what it is.

Either way a major blow, our schedule over the next 3-4 weeks is probably the hardest stretch we will face.

Good to see his father there to provide support and encouragement. Interestingly, I heard CPK correct Valvano in the post game interview after the win over WVU over Pryor’s on court attitude ……..saying that Kasean is “misunderstood, as he is a most effective leader in both on the court, as well as off the court.

I heard that as well. I thought it spoke volumes of how much he cares about his players and their character

That my end up being true but you didn't hear anything from anyone who would know last night. But hey....atleast you sounded important.

He heard it from gamedaynut, a poster who heard it directly from his father and reported it on the cardinalsports premium board.

I think we all know it's a season ending injury, just hoping it isn't. I think waiting until Monday suggests they are just waiting to confirm what they know.

I guess miracles are possible but I've seen players in far less pain that had torn ACL'S. It's just a shame this stuff continues to happen to UofL basketball.

All the excitement and anticipation from Thursday vanished Friday for me. There is just no doubt the Cards are not going to be as good without Pryor. The what ifs are already here.

That makes me a little more optimistic. Waiting until Monday told me they already knew it was torn. But wanting to know today maybe it's not as bad?

hey, I wasn't trying to be a know it all. With an ACL, sometimes there is no pain but in a lot of cases, players hear a "pop". Sometimes only the player knows and I was reacting to Kasean's reaction either knowing he was hurt or possibly hearing the pop. I am hoping its nothing more than a sprain.
