Seemed like crowd was booing the Malik keepers near the end of the half. Tired of seeing the same old thing. I really expected Satt to pull Malik at halftime since he seemed unwilling to hand the ball off and missed some easy throws (missed three throws to Braden Smith…started to think Braden must have insulted Malik’s girlfriend!). I think Malik got an attitude adjustment at halftime and he was great about handing the ball off to the RBs.

Don’t know why he doesn’t see this. The team runs so much better when the RBs and WRs are engaged in the play rather than having to watch Malik improvise.

Just a few more things about that zone read. The read has to be the right one and Malik/whichever running back have got to be Copperfield like with the football. If they can get better at it,it's a nice wrinkle.

YES!! ! I’ve recently been thinking about how LeFores used to hide the ball on handoffs. It was magical and he often even fooled the camera man into thinking he had handed it off. He would hide it behind his back like no one I’ve ever seen!!! Why don’t they teach that??
