I’m guessing UofL is favored by 3.5 against BC. Basically a toss up but we have home-field advantage.

Not a sports gambler but I cannot envision how any +/- betting margin can be “assumed” while a team still has a game to play before they play THE UofL. Oh yeah, I get it, this is all about guessing. And to zipp, I would never bet on one of our opponents. That just might put me in the very awkward position of actually cheering for them against MY Cardinals to cover a point spread. Ain’t gonna happen, ever.

The original post was born out of bye week boredom

I agree. They outplayed undefeated Wake yesterday. This thing is shaping up for golden opportunity for the Cards. Coming off the bye, and BC comes into town off a real tough 3 pt loss. I'm thinking BC is going to still be a very short favorite here, under 3 points.
As a bettor these are games I always avoid, anything with a spread under 7 no thanks!
It actually opened at UofL-3. Not 4.5 but I think Vegas respects how CSS will have his guys ready after a bye week.Cards open as 4.5pt favorite
Which means pickem on a neutral field .I tend to stay away from thoseIt actually opened at UofL-3. Not 4.5 but I think Vegas respects how CSS will have his guys ready after a bye week.
I’ll just wait until tomorrow and see what the so called experts make it.![]()
