I think that is a reason he brought in Sirmon. We have got to upgrade our recruiting to annually compete against elite programs.

Nobody wants Petrino fired. Just stating the facts. Petrino has failed to win big games this time at UL. People quote Pitino record against UK and Cal all the time. Doesn't mean they want him fired, does it?

Yeah, I mean I don't think there is any secret that we haven't done what we need to against top teams during BPs second stint. This is why folks are always saying bring the old Bobby back, etc.

I was starting to doubt a few things here and there with BP during the mid/late part of this season but this offseason has completely eliminated any doubt. He has REMOVED all pieces to the puzzle staffing wise that did not perform to the highest level last season.

Crystal clear that this isn't good enough and he wants much more.

Id say he has removed 99% of the wrong coaches. Will be interesting to see what he does with the opening left. Will he bring in a name to help on offense or will he press on as is.

Wont go into a lot of details, but i am looking at this happily. It can only get better.

So happy they got rid of 3rd and grantham. Now we need to cheer this team on to a natty.

Yea Pitino beats top 25 teams night in and night out and has won a championship and many conference championships. Petrino is not even on the same league as Pitino.
