It is the correct decision for the University and for DP. He was in over his head on this job and it would not be fair to him putting him a position to fail and probably ruin a budding career. He can now go to lower level gain experience and cut his teeth at level where he can have success and maybe one day he can return as our HC 10 years from now when we need to replace the guy we hire this week.
