One thing I’ve never understood....

if Bowen was ineligible for taking payments from Adidas, then why is he eligible now (at USCjr)?

I am guessing that he or had family never received payment. Otherwise how could he be eligible? If he is eligible at South Carolina then why not at Louisville?

Can someone educate me?
