Bring back the old Louie!

This new one reminds me of like an NAIA or high school mascot, plus, he looks like he is on crack..

I know Mascots are not important in the grand scheme of things but we always had a good one....let's keep it that way!

Ok yeah that looks pretty bad. I'm sure the guy inside has more mobility and that it's cooler for him but it doesn't look right to me.

Wasn't at the game, so I didn't see the new mascot, but I kinda dig what I see here. Just looks more hip and athletic. More of an X Game mascot.

Noticed this new Cardinal Mascot last night while at the game, but I assumed this was something related to basketball games only. I am predominantly a football fan first and haven't attended many BB games yet this season and guess I hadn't noticed the new look.

Man, you're as old as me! I remember pot-bellied bird too, and there was a lotta pushback when more muscular bird replaced him. But I never hear a peep anymore like you're saying. (Gratifying that there's someone alive who still recalls!)

Which tells me this new macot will probably grow on people and eventually be the standard. He looks a little leggy to me too, but what do I know? If fans like him, esp. younger ones, I'll adjust.

[BTW, didn't I ask you one time about your moniker "Smithereen"? Are you by chance a Smithereens fan? Bands like that don't come along much anymore...]

A sad combination of the two. Slightly altering the "UK" was bad enough for most but the new cat logo is crossing the big blue line.
