Really, UK? UCLA lost to Monmouth. If anything though, this will just take pressure off of them in the long run.

Haven't seen you guys play but from what I've heard you guys certainly have a shot from what I've seen of my team. That is unless our bigs make some vast improvements. I'm sure y'all saw what we looked like without Lee's energy and rebounding down low.

Uh no.. We may have a better chance but I need to see the Cards improve and finish games with leads against good teams. Did you watch the game last night. UCLA played with pride. They weren't going to let last years fiasco happen on their court. On top of the that it took Lee getting hurt, Ulis playing with one arm, pothyeus fouling out and just about everyone on UCLA besides Alford having a career night. So yes I like our chances but it's tough to win at Corrupp Arena. I think we need to find more local guys like Q that understand the rivalry.

UofL will be the under dog, playing at Rupp, and Pitino has only won twice at Rupp in his time here. I think this UofL team can beat this Uk team but I'm not marking this as a W on the calendar for the reasons I've stated in the first sentence.
Actually, I did watch much of the second half. Frankly, I can't tell Lee from Adam. The annual slurry of rotating names playing for your heartthrobs makes it impossible to care about which one is whom. Watching you guys try and memorize this year's names is sufficient for my need for laughs.

This year, his minutes per game have more than doubled. Quite simply, there's no one on the team better than him at his position. So, he has to play. But it doesn't mean he's any better. Remember it's Pitino Lite coaching him.

UK got a reality check on the road in a hostile environment. We learned how hard it is to play on the road at Michigan State when we had them on the ropes. They will be a more relaxed team at home. But, it will be another great game regardless of the outcome. Louisville vs Kentucky, the best basketball rivalry...
We're definitively going to need scoring from our bigs, and they have to clamp down on the penetrating.
