I can understand Anas starting. He and Mangok go back and forth.

VJ ? How long will his defensive laspes get him hooked.
This is more about Adel not bringing it for 40 minutes.

Cuse isn't very physical, doesn't rebound well and the best way to beat their zone is to move the ball especially through the high post. This lineup works best given those ingredients. Hopefully VJ has progressed in his understanding of the defense.

That dunk by Adel was way too few and far between.He settles way too much.Mahmoud is our best big man facilitator.All 4 of our bigs are as inconsistent as the weather around here.They need to elevate their games in all phases if we are to have a chance next month.Coach trying to find the right buttons to push?

Saw the interview with Pitino. Wasn't happy with Adel's rebounding and defense. Also mentioned that he wasn't happy that JJ only had 5 rebounds. Said he was going to give Spaulding a chance. To me it's more motivation for JJ. As Kerry mentioned Anas makes sense as he seems to work well against the zone at the high post and foul line.

No we wont. King's 1 point and 1 turnover to Adel's 17 points and 2 turnovers. Ended up with more minutes than King and better stats.

Today was the chance for King to prove his starting spot, he didn't prove anything.

difference of opinion, king is needed and this experience is great for him because he will help us in March/April. Deng is great off of the bench IMO, helps bench scoring and gives us a lift. Hope pitino sticks with todays lineup
