if U of L introduced new sports, what would you be in favor of?

I would like
  1. Ice hockey (men and women)
  2. Wrestling

The three that are most likely (ie have club teams) are Ice Hockey, Men’s LAX, and Men’s Volleyball. I would say the sports that are currently competing highly at the club level are more likely to become full time sports. I have heard good things about all 3 of these teams.
Edit: the club volleyball team actually just won nationals today. My room mate from freshman and sophomore year organized the team with a few of his friends. Proud of those guys.

None of them will happen. Period. Title IX issues will be the deal breaker. Not to mention zipp’s comment about a lack of funding. It’s called reality.

I would watch that entire game with a rocket...nobody would want to sit next to me in the stands.
Adds a new meaning to football termination like:

Tight Ends
Run to the hole
Wide receivers
Tail Backs
Piling on
Illegal use of hands
penetration
gang tackling

QB with hands under center
Backfield in motion
Wide receiver
Player with soft hands
Stud player
LB who runs to the ball(s)???
QB who sees the whole ........ and spreads the ball around to all his receivers

This list could go on for a long time.

Filling the gap. Plugging the hole.

For men the answer is easy - lacrosse.

(While watching Virginia and Syracuse in ACC playoff game.)
