Louisville has offered 2017 four-star dual-threat QB Tua Tagovailoa of Honolulu St. Louis. We saw him in Las Vegas about two months ago at the Pylon 7v7 national tournament, and he's a very promising lefty. He moves well in the pocket, can throw on the run and was accurate despite some heavy winds.
