I had my service interrupted because I changed my banking account information for security reasons. I want to give them my new information but I am unable to because of a flaw in their system. The idiot who created the page has a banner that goes over the sign in area and you are unable to access it. Any tips for how to get my service renewed?

Go to very bottom of this page and click on member services. I just checked my cell phone and laptop and there was not a banner that would have prevented me from either clicking on something or changing credit card info etc. Also you will see a phone number on the member services page that you can call during normal business hours to make changes also.
I can’t get on because when I go to member services a banner pops up saying my payment has been declined and I need to make a payment. Then I click on Log In but the banner is covering where where you log in.
PHCARD, once again I appreciate your help I sent my email out and they responded quickly so I was able to resolve the problem. The simple solution was to go to my iPad and do everything, I kept trying to do it from my phone. The screen on the phone was so much smaller that banner was covering everything up. Once I went to the bigger screen the banner was so much smaller and not in the way.
Just send me your informstion. Include your social security and drivers license and address. I may need your mother’s maiden name also.
