need 2 season tickets

If you don't care where they're located (upper arena), you'll see dozens for sale in a couple months. And cut yourself a good deal...

I'll sell you mine this season shedule sucks. In all truthness with this schedule you need not waste your money on season tickets trust me tickets will be available plenty on per game basis.

Not that it is any of your business, but L Yes.
Thanks, but you kinda made it everyone's business with your "fans like you" remark.

I understand the mindset that the price and quality of tickets aren't worth the product (schedule) on the floor. I bought affordable season tickets for thirty years but stopped buying them regularly at the downtown arena. I now buy lower arena tickets for most games in the secondary market at much lower prices. Poor schedules actually help my cause--fewer people wanting to use their tickets and attend games.

And I won't use a free ticket in the upper arena...

I'll explain a bit more. If someone does not have season tickets because they cannot afford them, no big deal. I understand that. I was in that position 20 years ago. However, someone buying season tickets and then complaining about the schedule is total bullshit. You buy tickets to see YOUR team, not who we are playing. Notwithstanding, our schedules in football and basketball are now better than they have ever been. How in the hell can you complain about that? I am sure you leave games early to beat traffic, too.

I don't disagree nor does my wife. We're obviously not buying tickets primarily to see some of these stiffs we're playing.

BUT I do understand that the three of us may not be in the majority. And if I have to shell out $50 plus a prorated donation for one ticket to see each game on our December schedule, I would probably b!tch a little too. (Not my nature of course!)

It's an interesting dynamic because we need these patsies to fill out a 20+ game home schedule. And at the same time, a lotta fans don't like it...

Welcome to the internet...

I did not realize that you had become defensive. What happened to that thick skin?

To the point, and maybe its not your position, but every school plays crappy teams to fill out a schedule. EVERY SCHOOL. Denny Crum ain't walking through that door. Times have changed. You take the good with the bad. As Bruce Hornsby says, That's just the way it is.

Nothing thin about my skin. I didn't start slinging the "bullsh!t" and "fans like you" comments.

You can come up with excuses about our schedule. Truth be told, we only have a handful of conference games that are that attractive too. It's all about making (enough) money...
