Very interesting ruling Ncaa allowing non coaches too include GA's to instruct on court this summer period starting June 4 .Hmm now can't wait too see how this effects U of L with Ginos accusation .

He might make a plea deal but Louisville should go after him hard with a lawsuit.

How do you make a plea deal with the FBI to report NCAA violations ? How is a criminal investigation tied to a NCAA violation. If this is the case we should make a plea deal with the NCAA to turn over Guido to them instead of the FBI. If I was Louisville I would file lawsuit after lawsuit against Guido and just use up all his money in attorney fees.

I doubt the Government’s case included any reference to the NCAA violations. Extortion is serious, and that was an easy prosecution. The guilty pleading made this evaporate quickly, and UL will do nothing to elongate this pathetic chapter.
