is for the new coaching staff to still be intact in three years which hopefully means they are all doing great jobs, the team is successful, and they love loving in louisville to the point that they ignore outside offers. may be unrealistic but i've got a good feeling about who's coming in and always remember, even if you shoot for the stars and miss, you've still got a chance to land on the moon or float in the clouds....

The coaching profession doesn't allow this. Coaches routinely move on for a variety of reasons.

For things to go as well as we're hoping it will, the best you can hope for is 2, max 3 years of complete continuity of coordinators. If the OC and DC are not getting offers by the end of Year 3, the Satterfield Era isn't going very well.
